What is the most rewarding part of helping entrepreneurs for Joe Ercolano? Helping them achieve their dreams and goals, which in turn contributes to the economic well-being of their communities.

As State Director of CTSBDC, Joe is charged with program leadership and delivery as well as outreach to all resource partners. Before joining CTSBDC, Joe’s professional experience included advocating on issues that affect business—such as transportation, housing, workforce development and tax policy—and developing solutions both the public and private sectors could embrace. Now he brings that wealth of experience and expertise to business owners and entrepreneurs across Connecticut.

Besides reading, listening to music and having fun with his family, Joe enjoys researching Connecticut history.
