Jon’s strength is assisting clients who need access to capital to scale their business. As a former banking professional, bringing over 20 years of experience specializing in business development, Jon shares his expertise in debt and equity capital and leverages CTSBDC’s strategic resources and comprehensive financial tools to ensure his clients clearly understand all available options. Fueled by his commitment to assist his clients from start to finish, Jon strives to educate throughout the process and to ultimately make sure the client is well-positioned to secure the best lending solution for their unique business capital needs.

Jon has a BA in Psychology from Roosevelt University of Chicago, a Graduate Certificate in Business Communication from Harvard Extension School, an Executive Certificate in Artificial Intelligence [AI] from MIT and has completed numerous professional compliance courses, workshops, seminars, conferences, and certifications; including a Certificate in Business and Commercial Lending from the American Bankers Association [NYABA].

He has served on grant, sponsorship, and volunteer committees for financial institutions, as well as being actively involved in those programs helping underserved individuals and communities. Past volunteering also includes support to guide dog foundations, animal shelters and rescues in need.
