Operations Coordinator

Sarah developed a love of navigating complex organizational systems, problem solving, and employee relations by taking the scenic route through administration, material management, operations, and change management. She developed a niche at the intersection of supply chains, people, and continuous improvement in aerospace. To further pursue her interest in service, she moved from jet engines to grant-writing for a non-profit and now combines her eclectic experience to optimize CTSBDC operations so our advisors can give their best to more entrepreneurs.  

Outside of work you’ll find her rehearsing with her church choir, taking any excuse to organize and attend gatherings with friends and family, trying to read up to five books at a time, or rewatching the same reliable rotation of favorite movies (Ang Lee’s “Sense and Sensibility” will never get old).
